T.G.I.F.

I contemplated blogging last night around 1:30 a.m. when the sorostitutes re-entered the building and caused a ruckus...but I decided to be lazy and just lay in bed in a sheer state of annoyance. I though it was the better way to go.
Currently, I am watching Peter Pan on VHS. The best. Well, of course it's not my favorite Disney classic, but it is quality, and the fact that it's on VHS makes it that much better.
Anyways. It's a good thing our mascot here at the good ol' University of Michigan is one of the meanest animals out there, because it seems to be quite close to the truth. Granted, not everyone is some terrible nasty killer like the wolverine actually is, but it's a pretty inconsiderate student body in general. Today of course I did my good deed...some woman was struggling with a huge large TV and of course there were people just flowing by and sitting and standing around watching this happen. I stepped in to hold the door for this poor woman so she could get out of the classroom and move the thing down the hall, but good god. Really? Please, spare three seconds out of your day to do something as simple as holding a door for someone. I promise that you will feel better about yourself. Kills me...

A Not So Wacky Wednesday

So...yeah. Instead of trying to fall asleep I often lay there and think about how funny my glorious day was and what I would write if I ever had a blog. Of course this helps pass the time rather quickly while waiting for my creepy prank caller to call, but then again, I typically fall asleep in a matter of five minutes. Well, unless the snow plows are putting on a circus at one in the morning across the street of course...then I just sit and watch and am fully entertained.
So I guess my day officially started around one a.m. with the snow plows. No, it hasn't snowed for quite some time, but yet these people are getting paid to push snow around on top of the parking garage...don't ask me. We (being me and the roomie Yasi) have become accustomed to the occasional "mee-meep" Road Runner-esque honk. Pretty awesome. Then I was joyfully awaken at 1:53 a.m. which I honestly thought was my alarm clock. Goodness I wish it were!
So Creepy McCreeperson likes to call around 2 or three in the morning...anywhere from 4 to 11 times...I love it. They told me a random story about some drunk guy last night...and the night before it was something about the inauguration...who knows. But anyway...I got DPS (Department of Public Safety...basically campus police) involved and if they call again...well maybe they'll do something about it? Apparently I have a secret admirer of sorts...kind of exciting though...I've never been involved with the police! I even have a case number and everything!
Class was classy. The usual. Signed up for the field trip to the DIA for art history...wooot. eXtreme weather was grand...like always. Learned about sun storms and such. Get excited. If you ever want a cool fact, about weather of course, I can provide you with a little tidbit. :)
Traveled up to North for dinner with Rachel and then class of course. Sat in some sticky mess that was on my chair at dinner, of course while wearing freshly laundered jeans. Every meal. I swear. Something lands on me that requires it to be washed...awesome blossom. But of course we had to sit on the concrete floor in the art room at one point...and naturally there are pencil shavings and other such art supply chunks all over the floor. Yup, you guessed it, they attached to the sticky business on my bum. COOL.
Anyways. Now I'm finally back at Hotel Markley...pretending to do homework and preparing to go to bed...hopefully not receiving another twelve calls from my favorite prankster! I had a pizza Lunchable today after art (a fourth meal is necessary after a three hour class...whew!)...I forgot how good those are and how excited I used to get when someone would trade me for one at the lunch table. Pretty much made my day when that happened. But! I'm off to dreamland. This time of day couldn't come soon enough!
