A Super Spectacular Sunny Saturday

Saturday. 74 degrees. Blazing sunlight. And at home. How much better could it get?
I spent the majority of the day on the back porch studying slash putzing around on the internet...clearly utilizing my time extremely efficiently. Brian jetted in and out of the house for a solid ten minute hello and goodbye today...only to leave a tornado path filled with crap he had strewn about the casa. Thanks buddy!
Took a little trip to Office Max to see if they had a refill for my planner...of course they didn't. I suppose it's a little late to find a 2009 refill, but it's only April! And besides, I'm sure other people go through phases where they just refuse to use their planner because it's irritating and they've been using one for the past seven years so their act of rebellion when they get to college is to not plan their life out assignment after assignment. Or maybe not. Who am I to determine the stats?
Then I went on a field trip to Saline with LB to see her lovely sister Caroline's water polo game...slash hang out with her mom, eat her left over popcorn, and explain what the whistles meant to the lady on my other side. I mean, if I hadn't taken the trip out to farmland central, I wouldn't have seen the couple wearing shirts that said "i love my wife" and "i love my husband." Ummm are you aware that you're in public? And that you probably have a daughter in the pool right now...who is most likely mortified to be seen within twenty feet of you? Slash, really people? My first question is: How many coordinating outfits do they own? Also, how long does it take to get dressed in the morning (it has to be difficult to choose which set of shirts to wear don't you think?)? Did they run out of laundry or do they actually like the fact that they look like fools? I can't even continue this...
Then later in the evening I took a drive out to see the beautiful Metro Airport, oh and to pick up the rents and the Foo Foos from their tropical vacation. Tanned and smiley Dale Earnhardt Jr. (aka Faj slash formerly Dracs) took over the driver's seat and I clambered to the back of the bus to hear a few stories about the trip...
Bedtime.
